Associated Supply Company, Inc. (ASCO)—headquartered in Lubbock, Texas—has acquired OCT Equipment, Inc. with locations in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Clinton, Oklahoma.
ASCO is a leading CASE Construction Equipment dealer, and with the acquisition it has effectively expanded its CASE territory.
With the newly-acquired locations, ASCO now has a total of 27 locations spread out over Texas, New Mexico, and now Oklahoma, strengthening its position as an equipment leader in key industries, including construction, agriculture, and material handling, and expands upon its market leadership in growth areas such as rental.
ASCO has been serving customers and communities in Texas and eastern New Mexico since 1960, and is now one of CASE’s top-performing dealerships in the country—having been named Equipment World’s 2022 Big Iron Dealer of the Year.
“ASCO’s continued growth is evidence of the caliber of our employee expertise, the speed at which we service the industry to ensure customer success every day, and our We’re On It attitude,” stated Courtney Vanderham, an ASCO Vice President. “ASCO is excited to expand our services to Oklahoma customers with the same commitment that our Texas and New Mexico customers have come to rely upon.”
Added Chase Key, an ASCO Vice President: “OCT’s reputation in equipment is strong, and we look forward to building upon it in the coming months and years. ASCO is eager to begin customer outreach immediately to ensure seamless transitions and uninterrupted service.”
ASCO was founded by the late J.W. “Bill” Wright as a towmotor lift truck dealership and US Army surplus equipment store. The company is currently led by the children of Bill—Brax Wright, Steve Wright, and Paula Key. Three of the third-generation work in the company today along with more than 600 other teammates.
