Blue Max Trucking, a prominent dump truck service provider in the Southeast, has adopted a cutting-edge technology solution to streamline and digitize its operations.
The company, which previously handled tens of thousands of paper tickets annually, will now transition all ticketing processes within its heavy haul fleet to digital formats. This shift promises accurate, instant access to ticket data for internal use and customer service.
Blue Max drivers can scan any paper ticket, and TruckIT’s ATP™ (AutomaTicPic) technology automatically extracts the relevant information from the scanned image, generating a digital e-ticket.
The ATP system simplifies processes, allowing for quicker accounting closes, faster order-to-cash cycles, and a significant reduction in errors, fraud, or disputes. Additionally, it eliminates the issue of lost tickets.
