The Irving, Texas-headquartered FleedPride, Inc. has announced it has acquired Nationwide Truck Service of Louisville, Kentucky.
Nationwide Truck Service was founded in 1989, and is owned by Eric Adkins. The company provides a wide range of repair services from its 21-bay facility and mobile repair units in addition to 24/7 roadside support. It will team with an existing FleetPride branch in Louisville to create a “complete value proposition for customers”. Adkins and son Jake will remain involved in the day-to-day operations.
