On October 3–4, 2023, at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, Ohio, the NTEA will be hosting its Commercial Vehicle Upfitting Summit, featuring 12 leading chassis manufacturers.
The two-day event promises to offer attendees:
- Preview commercial vehicle updates;
- Engage OEM engineers on critical upfitting issues;
- Hear about important product changes and integration options;
- Gain insights from industry education sessions and resource displays.
The 12 chassis manufacturing companies taking part in the event are: Bollinger Motors, Daimler Truck North America, Ford Pro, GM Envolve, Hino Trucks, International, Isuzu, Kenworth, Mullen Commercial, Peterbilt, Ram Commercial, and Toyota Fleet.
Established in 1964, NTEA—The Work Truck Association, represents over 2,000 companies that manufacture, distribute, install, sell, and repair commercial vehicles, truck bodies, truck equipment, trailers, and accessories.
Buyers of work trucks and the major commercial truck chassis manufacturers also belong to NTEA.
The association provides in-depth technical information, education, and member programs and services and produces Work Truck Week and the Green Truck Summit.
