NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA)—the vehicle fleet industry’s largest membership association—has expanded its workforce to provide better service to members for its new regional structure, certification and professional recognition, and education content strategies.
Lilly Grossman, Director of Content Strategy, is responsible for overseeing NAFA’s education programs by directing the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources and activities. She will identify, assess, and develop recommendations to meet ongoing member education and training needs. During her 15 years of experience in training and development, Grossman was most recently an Instructional Systems Designer working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to implement appropriate and engaging training solutions for a variety of audiences.
Marci McNeal, CAE, is the new Regional Engagement Manager, serving as the main contact for NAFA’s regions and their volunteer boards. In this position, McNeal will provide operational, logistical, and strategic support in the execution of regional activities. These activities will enhance membership value and fuel member engagement. With over 25 years of experience in association management, communications, and leadership functions, McNeal previously worked as a Chapter Relations Strategist for the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), where she managed 55 chapters serving 134,000 members in the key areas of membership and chapter operations.
Natasha Patterson, ACA, is the Manager of Credentialing & Professional Recognition, where she will oversee the overall success of NAFA credentialing and recognition programs. Patterson will manage the positioning, management, and administration of the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) program, the automotive fleet industry’s premiere credential, and other certification and assessment-based professional certificate programs. With over 20 years of certification management experience, Patterson previously served as the Manager of Education & Training Special Projects/SHCM Manager for the National Affordable Housing Management Association, where she managed the education and certification course administration, renewal billings, and meeting preparation.
