Westport, Connecticut – The Utility Expo is proud to host and showcase several new Terex Utilities products coming to the market. The global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services will display several new innovations at the show.
The company will exhibit 5 main products, including a digger derrick, aerial device, substation product, and new technologies.
“We are introducing more new products and technology than at any time in the company’s history. The Utility Expo will be the first-time many industry professionals will get to see these products in person,” said Joe Caywood, Director of Marketing of Terex Utilities.
The General 65 MAX is the company’s new digger derrick, perhaps the strongest in market. With greater capacities and all new boom angles, lifting and digging becomes much more convenient.
The TL47 Telescopic Aerial Device will also be showcased. The product features extensive side reach and versatile material handling capacity. With a 53-inch working height on a Super-Duty class vehicle, the device can reach many places and get any job done.
Also being released is the Genie z-45 Substation Utility Boom, an innovative device with many enhanced features, including zero-tail swing, 355-degree rotation, self propelled steering, and up-and-over capability.
The HyPower SmartPTO is a product which works to reduce emissions by minimizing noise and air pollution, and limiting idling. This results in increased fuel savings and better efficiency from vehicles.
Lastly, Terex Utilities will showcase its new Foundation High Production Auger Tool. The tool will help drill footage in a variety of soil conditions, by enhancing the material flow from the tooth cutting area and improving productivity.
“It’s an exciting time at Terex Utilities – from our new manufacturing facility to our expanded service footprint and new equipment innovations – we’re here to support the work of the electric utility market,” said Jim Lohan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Terex.
The Utility Expo will be hosted in Kentucky, Louisville from September 28th – 30th.
