Nanaimo, British Columbia – VMAC, a manufacturing company of air compressors for fleet vehicles, is excited to announce it was awarded one of the best places to work in the manufacturing industry. This marks the third straight year the company has made the list.
The “Great Place to Work” list ranks Canada’s top organizations in its respective industries based on confidential coworkers’ responses to its Trust Index Survey. Each review consists of the respondent analyzing the workplaces’ ability to meet certain criteria.
“This recognition is particularly meaningful to VMAC, as our coworkers agreed that VMAC is a great place to work during these very uncertain and unprecedented times,” says Tod Gilbert, VMAC’s President.
Gilbert also spoke about how throughout the pandemic, the company emphasized its treatment of its workers. “Our team has persevered through one of the most challenging years for businesses, and we’ve stayed focused on the future with strong people, processes, and products.”
